## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** California  
**Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday  
**Setting:** Telehealth / Remote

Many clients are looking for mental health care that feels easier to access, easier to continue, and easier to fit into real life. This California-based remote therapy role gives licensed clinicians the opportunity to provide consistent online counseling while maintaining a steady weekday schedule.

You will work with clients through secure telehealth sessions, helping them move through challenges with professional guidance, clear care planning, and reliable support.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide remote therapy services to clients located in California
-   Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress updates
-   Help clients work through emotional, behavioral, relational, and life adjustment concerns
-   Maintain a secure, respectful, and confidential virtual care experience
-   Follow ethical standards and evidence-informed clinical practices

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active California license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Experience providing counseling, therapy, or clinical social work services
-   Comfortable working with clients in a telehealth environment
-   Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
-   Able to manage a remote caseload with reliability and professionalism
