### **About the Role**

We are seeking a **Warehouse Operations Associate with a technical support focus** to join our growing team. This role combines **warehouse operations, inventory handling, and hands-on support with equipment** to ensure products are accurately prepared, maintained, and ready for shipment.

**What You’ll Do**

**Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment**

-   Organize, track, pack, and fulfill shipments of espresso machines and related products
-   Receive and process incoming inventory, including purchase orders and parts
-   Prepare kits and maintain accurate inventory organization

**Technical Support**

-   Assist technicians with **cleaning, basic testing, and preparation of espresso machines**
-   Support disassembly and reassembly of external components as needed
-   Ensure equipment is clean, presentable, and ready for shipment or display

**Quality & Process Support**

-   Clean and prepare machines for product photography
-   Take clear, consistent product photos as needed
-   Support ongoing **process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives**

## Requirements

-   **Experience & Skills**

-   1–3 years of experience in **warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management**
-   Comfort performing **hands-on, manual tasks** with equipment and tools
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Ability to follow processes and maintain quality standards
-   Team-oriented with a proactive and reliable work style

-   **Nice to have**

-   Experience with coffee equipment, appliances, or mechanical systems
-   Genuine interest in or passion for coffee
