## Description

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) leads the Product Marketing function within the Growth Team and acts as the strategic custodian of the high-value Lending portfolio (Personal Loans, Credit Card). This dual mandate requires both individual portfolio ownership and department-building leadership. The PMM defines go-to-market strategy for Lending, coordinates product positioning and adoption strategy with Growth and Product teams and simultaneously builds and scales a product marketing organisation that can support multiple growth initiatives.

The PMM works closely on organisational frameworks to support Product-led Operating Model, ensuring Product Marketing Leads and specialists provide strategic clarity and market intelligence that enables Growth Engines and Product PODs to move faster. The PMM leads Product Marketing Leads, collaborates closely with Growth Strategists, Proposition Owners, and Data & Analytics, and ensures product positioning and adoption strategy align across all product offerings.

This role combines portfolio ownership, team leadership and organisational design. Success is measured by adoption velocity within Lending, strategic coherence and clarity across all product portfolios, and building a Product Marketing function that scales with GoTyme Bank's growth ambition.

- Collaborate with Proposition Owners and Product Owners to ensure positioning strategy informs product priorities
- Work with Data & Analytics to identify customer segments, understand product performance drivers, and refine go-to-market strategy
- Establish clear positioning frameworks and messaging guidelines that guide Brand, Social, PR, and Growth team execution
- Build and maintain Product Marketing team culture focused on strategic clarity, market-driven thinking, and impact
- Report on product adoption velocity, go-to-market effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations to Head of Growth
- Ensure Product Marketing function provides clear, actionable strategic counsel to all teams consuming product insights
