As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment. 

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care that supports developmental milestones. 

Your Role: 

-   Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses 

-   Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence 

-   Use play-based and child-led interventions to support engagement and progress   
    Document care accurately in Raintree EMR 

-   Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home 

-   Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members 

-   Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support

## Requirements

-   Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program 

-   Active state Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure 

-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills 

-   Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care 

-   Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy
