We are seeking a skilled **Architectural Drafter** with strong **Revit drafting experience** and **rendering capabilities**. The role involves recreating and creating floor plans from historical data, modernizing layouts, and producing renders that reflect our design styles.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Draft and update architectural floor plans in Revit based on historical project data.
-   Integrate modernization elements into existing layouts while preserving original context.
-   Produce high‑quality architectural renders showcasing multiple design styles.
-   Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-   Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in **architectural Revit drafting**.
-   Strong rendering skills
-   Ability to interpret and recreate floor plans from legacy or historical sources.
-   Attention to detail and ability to adapt designs to modernization requirements.
-   U.S. residential project experience is a plus, but not required.
-   Experience with modular or panelized construction methods is a plus.
-   English speaking proficiency.
