-   Conduct property viewings and present suitable investment opportunities.
-   Generate and qualify leads through company-provided resources and personal networking.
-   Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

-   Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
-   Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
