### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through subscription processes.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-   Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with service offerings.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
-   A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
-   Previous experience in customer support, especially with subscription services, is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
