## Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented **Junior Attorney** to join our growing legal team in our **Upland office**. Wanting to transition out of litigation and gain invaluable in-house legal experience?  This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking work on a diverse range of legal matters, including contracts, discovery, and complex business transactions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Draft, review, and respond to **discovery requests**

-   Prepare, analyze, and summarize **contracts and legal agreements**
-   Support litigation matters, including case preparation and strategy development
-   Collaborate with senior attorneys on a variety of legal matters
-   Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

## Requirements

### **Qualifications (Required)**

-   **Licensed attorney in California** (Nevada licensure a plus)

-   **5+ years of litigation experience**
-   Experience handling and responding to **written discovery**
-   Strong experience with **contract drafting, review, and analysis**
-   Ability to work **on-site in our Upland office**
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

### **Preferred Experience**

-   **Commercial real estate law**
-   **Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)**
-   Familiarity with **Nevada gaming law** (highly desirable but not required)

Compensation is $120,000 annually DOE
