Join the International Group Controlling and FP&A team at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for an **FP&A Analyst** for our office in **Kaunas.**

### What’s in it for you?

This is an opportunity to take your FP&A career to the next level in a global group role, in a fast-moving international environment where your analysis will be seen, challenged and used at the highest level of the company. You'll sit at group level with full visibility across markets, brands and functions, work close to the business, turn complex data into clear commercial insights, and gain exposure to senior stakeholders while helping shape how we forecast, report and make decisions.

### What you’ll be doing

- Own data collection, consolidation and quality assurance for annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all markets, brands and functions in the group
- Build and maintain group forecasting models for net sales, gross margin and A&P, including price, volume and mix analysis
- Perform monthly variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year, identifying root causes and translating them into clear management insights
- Analyse brand and market profitability across the group portfolio, including net sales development, gross-to-net, margin bridges and A&P effectiveness
- Support long-term planning through analysis of sales, margins, costs and key business trends
- Prepare EBITDA bridges, P&L commentary and KPI packs for CFO, Board and sponsor reporting
- Maintain and improve recurring reporting in OneStream and Excel, driving greater automation and standardisation
- Partner with commercial teams and regional business controllers across all markets on forecasting, performance and spend control
- Challenge assumptions and sense-check local submissions before group consolidation

## Requirements

- 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit or transaction services, ideally in an international or group environment
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to turn large datasets into a clear, defensible storyline
- Able to land the key message from your analysis, with the right level of detail for the audience
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with OneStream or another EPM tool is a plus
- Hands-on, precise and proactive, with a strong focus on quality and self-review
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities and fast-paced deadlines
- Confident collaborating across functions, markets and cultures, and comfortable holding your ground with senior stakeholders
- Motivated by continuous improvement and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working

## Benefits

- Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
- Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
- Flexible schedule and life work balance
- Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
- Very positive work environment in a young, international, and motivated team
- Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
