## Description

**Work Location:** 100% Onsite (PNB Ayala, Makati)

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's Degree
-   Must have at least 2 to 3 years experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist / Supervisor
-   This role will supervise the Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray Tech 
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
-   Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
-   Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
-   Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
