**Zip Code 75482**

**Monday - Friday 9am-12:30/12:45pm**

**17.75 Total hours a week**

**Pay Rate $12.00 per Hour**

**A few daily tasks may include:**

-   Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
-   Assist clients with activities of daily living
-   Ambulatory Care
-   Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)

-   Laundry 

**Requirements:**

-   Be at least 18 years of age
-    Have a valid ID
-   Reliable vehicle
-   Current auto insurance
-   Ability to lift 50 LBS
