### Job Summary

We are looking for an **experienced HubSpot Expert** who knows HubSpot end-to-end and can **set up, manage, optimize, and automate** our CRM and marketing/sales processes. The ideal candidate understands **HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, reporting, integrations, and best practices** and can improve our lead management and customer journey.

5+ years of hands-on experience with **HubSpot**

## Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with **HubSpot**

Set up and manage **HubSpot CRM** (contacts, companies, deals, pipelines)

Build and optimize **HubSpot Workflows & Automation**

Create and manage **lead capture forms, landing pages, and email campaigns**

Configure **lead scoring**, lifecycle stages, and segmentation

Build dashboards and **custom reports**

Implement and manage **HubSpot Sales tools** (tasks, sequences, templates)

Clean and organize CRM data (properties, lists, duplicates)

Integrate HubSpot with external tools (Zapier, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)

Support the team with **HubSpot training & documentation**

Monitor performance and suggest improvements weekly
