**PHILLIPS HOME IMPROVEMENTS** is seeking an energetic, problem-solving, results-oriented Residential Remodel Installation Manager to run our Production Department, ensuring that customers are 100% WOWed, budgets are met and projects are turned in a timely manner when we serve their painting (interior and exterior), gutter, roofing, window, garage floor coating and carpentry needs.

**Experience:**

-   Experience as a Residential Remodel Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

-   Day shift
-   Monday to Friday
-   Saturdays as needed

Supplemental Pay:

## Requirements

-   Arrives in Field or at the Office 7:30 a.m. daily
-   Clean driving record
-   Speaks Spanish Fluently!
-   Ability to listen to customer needs
-   Ability to climb a ladder with ease to inspect work
-   Ability to lift 50 pounds
-   Strong Leadership and Management skills
