**City Wide Facility Solutions** is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their facility maintenance needs are met with exceptional service and professionalism. **Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific facility maintenance requirements.
-   Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all operations meet city-wide quality and compliance standards.
-   Identify new business opportunities and promote expanded services to existing clients.
-   Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any service issues effectively.
-   Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
-   Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles in facility management or building maintenance sectors.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
-   Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Ability to lead teams and manage contractor relationships.
-   Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
-   High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
