### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients regarding subscription-based services.
-   Handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions.
-   Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers.
-   Document interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
-   Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

## Requirements

-   A native level of fluency in German and a B2 level of English (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
-   Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
-   Previous experience in customer service or subscription-based services is advantageous.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece.
