## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Senior Data Analyst** to lead data analysis and reporting for a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll own the analytics function, mentor junior analysts, and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the design and delivery of complex analytical reports and dashboards
-   Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
-   Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models
-   Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
-   Mentor junior analysts and set standards for data quality and documentation

### What You'll Need

-   5+ years of data analysis experience with a strong track record of business impact
-   Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for analysis
-   Expert-level knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
-   Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills
-   Reliable fibre internet and a dedicated home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R33,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
