## Description

Industry - Mission-Critical (Data Center Project)  
  
Responsibilities:  
\-Lead high-impact teams in a global platform environment  
\-Own operations in a mission-critical digital infrastructure  
\-Oversee daily data centre operations, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency  
\-Lead facilities maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems (M&E)  
\-Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance and infrastructure services  
\-Develop and enforce site operational procedures, safety standards, and compliance  
\-Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reliability, efficiency, and sustainability  
\-Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation protocols  
\-Lead and develop a technical operations team, ensuring strong performance and engagement  
\-Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on capacity planning and upgrades  
  
Requirements:  
\-A degree in Engineering or a related field.  
\-Proven experience managing mission-critical facilities (data centre, telecom, or similar)  
\-Strong knowledge of M&E systems, redundancy design, and uptime standards  
\-Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, ISO, or equivalent)  
\-Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills  
\-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
