## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing innovative and functional building projects that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to regulatory and sustainability standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring all aspects of design excellence, safety, and project feasibility are addressed. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture, detail-oriented, and well-versed in the latest design technologies and trends. ### Responsibilities

-   Develop architectural designs from conceptual stages through to detailed documentation and construction.
-   Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized design solutions.
-   Coordinate with engineers, planners, and contractors to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
-   Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and models to clients and stakeholders.
-   Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
-   Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
-   Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
-   Support the preparation of permits, approvals, and other necessary documentation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
-   Professional licensure or certification as an Architect is preferred.
-   Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
-   Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
-   Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
-   Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
