## Description

Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of the brand, responsible for driving brand awareness and sales through in-person activations and various media channels. They work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support key marketing objectives, including communicating product value, capturing customer feedback, and representing the brand at events and retail locations where our products are sold. 

At STIIIZY, we value versatility and adaptability. While the primary focus of this role is representing the brand, Brand Ambassadors may also have opportunities to cross-train in other departmental roles based on organizational needs. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Execute in-store support across assigned accounts including demos, activations, events, and merchandising 

-   Educate customers and retail staff on products to drive engagement and conversion 

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders, store leadership, and retail partners 

-   Maintain and improve brand visibility, displays, and merchandising standards 

-   Conduct budtender trainings to increase product knowledge and sell-through 

-   Capture, monitor, and report market insights including customer feedback, pricing, and competition 

-   Support Sales priorities including promotions, restocks, and account needs 

-   Track performance metrics and sales impact of activations and campaigns 

-   Manage and distribute field marketing materials and maintain inventory 

-   Complete all reporting, recaps, scheduling, and communication accurately and on time using internal tools 

-   Represent the brand at dispensaries, events, and trade shows with professionalism 

-   Travel within assigned territory to support retail execution and activations 

-   Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations 

-   Maintain professional conduct with customers, retail partners, and internal teams at all times

## Requirements

**Core Competencies:** 

-   Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced field environment 

-   Ability to educate customers and budtenders to drive product awareness and conversion 

-   Ability to manage multiple store visits per day while maintaining execution quality 

-   Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and managers 

-   Strong communication skills in person and across digital channels 

-   Identifies opportunities in-store and takes action to improve performance 

-   Organized, coachable, and focused on continuous improvement 

**Education & Experience:**

-   1–2 years of experience in brand ambassador, merchandising, retail, or customer-facing roles 

-   Experience in cannabis, beverage, or CPG industries preferred 

-   Proven ability to work in field-based roles with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:**

-   Must be 21 years of age or older 

-   Must possess a valid form of government identification 

-   Employees must maintain a residence that enables them to reliably report to assigned event locations within their designated territory, defined as a typical commute of approximately 25 miles 

-   Must maintain a valid driver’s license if driving is required 

-   This is a field-based, part-time, non-exempt position scheduled 12-24 hours per week based on market needs and event volume; must have consistent availability to support retail activations during peak business periods, including Wednesday through Saturday, with primary execution windows between 12:00 PM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM 

-   Must be able to work on national cannabis-related holidays (e.g., 4/20, 7/10, Green Wednesday) and other holidays, based on business needs

-   Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per activation) 

-   Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 lbs of materials and equipment 

-   Ability to travel between multiple locations in a single day 

-   Ability to work in indoor and outdoor retail environments 

-   Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and move materials as needed for setup and merchandising 

-   Reliable and timely attendance at each assigned event location is an essential function of the role

Compensation & Benefits:  
  
This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $28.00 per hour.**
