## Description

-   Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and business applications.
-   Manage user permissions, security groups, shared mailboxes, and access requests in accordance with company policies.
-   Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management, and IT asset allocation.
-   Perform system updates, software deployments, security patches, and firmware upgrades.
-   Monitor IT systems and infrastructure health and proactively resolve performance and reliability issues.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
-   Maintain accurate IT documentation, user records, and system configurations.
-   Follow IT security policies and best practices to ensure secure and reliable operations.

## Requirements

-   **2–3 years of experience** in IT Operations, System Administration, or a related role.
-   Hands-on experience with **Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365**.
-   Good understanding of user access management, permissions, security groups, and IT support processes.
-   Basic knowledge of Windows Server, networking, system troubleshooting, and IT security.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
