### What you'll be doing

-   Hunt threats, remediate vulnerabilities, and make security breaches deeply inconvenient for attackers.
-   Deliver security assessments and recommend proactive improvements across client environments.
-   Take ownership of security escalations from our Support team with a calm, methodical and curious approach.
-   Investigate security incidents, gather evidence, identify root causes, and help prevent repeat occurrences.
-   Configure, maintain and optimise platforms including ThreatLocker, SentinelOne, Huntress, Avanan and Cisco Umbrella.
-   Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen and improve our security services.

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   Security-focused experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP), IT outsourcing or offshoring environment is essential.
-   Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity services across multi-tenant or multi-client environments, including threat monitoring, incident response and vulnerability remediation.
-   Several years' experience working with security frameworks such as Essential 8 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
-   Experience with Microsoft 365 Security including Defender, Purview and Entra ID Protection.
-   Working knowledge of Azure Security including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud and Privileged Identity Management.
-   Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication.
-   Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving complex problems.
-   A genuine passion for helping clients stay secure.
