**Responsibilities:**

-   Baseline Analysis of BCMS Documentation;
-   Data Consolidation and Analysis;
-   Consistency and Alingment Control;
-   Quality Assurance nad Document Standardisation;
-   Gap Analysis and Improvement Proposals;
-   Support to BCMS Integration;
-   Documentation drafting and Consolidation;
-   Administration and Operational Support to the Task Force BCMS;
-   Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree;
-   Extensive practical experience of Business Continuity Management;
-   Holds excellent knowledge of Business Continuity Management (e.g. framework, processes, strategy development, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF);
-   Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments and analysis, risk mitigation, standards, methodologies, tools, guidelines and best practices;
-   Knowledge and experience in area data consolidation and data analysis;
-   Knowledge in business analyze and processes and business processes modelling, analysis/modelling notations (e.g. like UML, BPMN) and using modelling tools;
-   Knowledge in applying of project management methodologies and methods;
-   Familiar with project management approaches, tools for project management and phases of the project lifecycle;
-   Knowledge and experience in area of administrative tools i.e. MS Office tools and others;
-   Very good knowledge of the English language (C1).

The following certifications are required:

-   ITIL4 Foundation (or higher, e.g. Managing Professional) or an equivalent certification;
-   Business Continuity Management – Foundation or an equivalent certification or minimum 2 year’s experience in at similar position;
-   Business Analysis certification at foundation/entry level (e.g. ECBA, UML Professional, BPM 2  or equivalent or any higher levels like CCBA, CBAP etc.) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year’s experience in at similar position;.
-   PRINCE2 Foundation or PM² (PM Square) certification or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year's of IT relevant professional experience above required minimum.
