**Role Overview** We are seeking a **Korean-speaking Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)** to provide in-facility care to residents in assisted living communities across **Los Angeles, CA**. This role involves mobile in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time. This is a **part-time position** starting at a minimum of **1 day per week** (Monday through Thursday), with potential to expand based on patient panel growth. This position is available as **W-2 or 1099** — we are happy to accommodate what works best for you.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors in assisted living and RCFE communities in the Los Angeles area
-   Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations as needed
-   Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute concerns
-   Collaborate with our care team including NPs, specialists, and facility staff
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

## Requirements

-   Active California medical license (MD or DO) in good standing
-   **Korean language proficiency required**
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
-   Active DEA registration
-   Medicare credentialing preferred
-   Experience in geriatric or senior care settings preferred
-   Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

**Compensation** This is a part-time position starting at 1 day per week with potential to expand based on patient panel growth. Estimated annual compensation: **$133,000 – $266,000/year**, based on patient volume and number of days worked. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate plus a per-patient bonus.
