## Requirements

-   Medical degree with Western qualifications in Neurosurgery and valid licensing to practice.
-   Completion of an accredited neurosurgical residency program.
-   Proven experience in performing complex neurosurgical procedures.
-   Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy, modern surgical techniques, and current best practices.
-   Experience working in a multidisciplinary medical team environment.
