## Description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and motivated **Building Superintendent** to oversee the daily maintenance, cleaning, safety, and overall operations of a residential condominium building.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform daily building inspections and ensure all common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
-   Handle general maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance.
-   Monitor mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, pool, and other building equipment.
-   Conduct required fire safety inspections and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logs in accordance with applicable regulations.
-   Maintain garbage rooms, parking garages, grounds, and common areas.
-   Coordinate and supervise contractors, deliveries, move-ins, and move-outs.
-   Respond promptly to emergencies and report issues to Property Management.
-   Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents and owners.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Skills:**

-   Previous experience as a Building Superintendent or in building maintenance is preferred.
-   General knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs.
-   Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies.
-   Reliable, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
