**Light Assembly Production Associate – $15-$15.50/Hour | All Shifts**

Looking for steady work with **1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options**? We’re hiring dependable **Light Assembly Production Associates** to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to work in a **clean, comfortable, climate-controlled manufacturing environment**.

**Pay:** $15.00-$15.50/hour  
**Shifts:** 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available  
**Job Type:** Full-Time

### What You’ll Do

-   Perform light assembly of products and components
-   Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
-   Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
-   Complete repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining production standards
-   Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
-   Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals

### What We’re Looking For

-   Dependable and punctual employees who take pride in their work
-   Ability to follow directions and work safely
-   Good attention to detail
-   Ability to stand and work for extended periods
-   Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Previous assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but **not required**
