## Description

Our client is a creative and fast-growing **marketing agency** delivering innovative campaigns across multiple industries. They are seeking a skilled **Social Media Manager** to develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and client growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
-   Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each client’s brand and target audience.
-   Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
-   Manage social media advertising campaigns, including paid media strategy, targeting, and reporting.
-   Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure content aligns with client goals and messaging.
-   Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing.
-   Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
-   Prepare reports and insights for clients and internal teams to demonstrate ROI and growth.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Skills:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-   Proven experience as a **Social Media Manager** or similar role, preferably in a marketing agency.
-   Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
-   Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
-   Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
-   Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
-   Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

**Preferred:**

-   Experience in **digital marketing, influencer marketing, or community management**.
-   Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing integration.
-   Creative mindset with trend awareness in social media and digital marketing.
