## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for French-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team based in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in French to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and positive digital environment for French-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and moderate social media content in French according to community standards and company policies.
-   Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and inquiries in French.
-   Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content following company procedures.
-   Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to enhance content moderation strategies and community engagement.
-   Stay up-to-date with social media trends, policies, and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Attention to detail and sound judgment.
-   Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer skills.
