**Supervisory Duties:** No 

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $75,000

The Assistant Financial Systems Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Consigli’s transition from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC. With a deep expertise in CMiC, the Assistant Financial Systems Analyst will assist in the configuration, training, and stabilization efforts to ensure a seamless ERP transition. This role will be key in supporting the long-term success of the CMiC platform, ensuring its integration and optimization across financial and project operations.

### **Responsibilities / Essential Functions**  

-   Support the Sage 300 CRE and CMiC applications, related applications, and related business processes. 

-   Maintain users and setup of master files in all applications. 

-   Assist in database maintenance, day-to-day reconciliations, and error handling.  

-   Assist in general system refinements, audits, and clean up as assigned. 

-   Assist in the implementation of new application capabilities, testing, training, and documentation. 

-   Assist internal system users with application processes and access.   

-   Assist in the maintenance of the Accounting Database. 

-   Assist in the coordination of system upgrades and updates. 

-   Assist in creating and enhancing current Sage 300 CRE and CMiC processes and procedures. 

-   Assist in report modification, testing, and verification of report output.

### Required Experience

-   A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or MIS.  

-   Database maintenance.
