### **Job Summary**

We are looking for an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying clients through consultative, value-driven sales conversations. This is a remote closing role focused on handling inbound appointments, understanding client needs, and confidently closing deals.

This role is ideal for experienced closers who thrive in high-stakes conversations and are driven by performance-based earnings.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct high-quality discovery and closing calls with pre-qualified prospects
-   Build strong rapport and trust with decision-makers
-   Identify client pain points and position tailored high-ticket solutions
-   Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward purchase decisions
-   Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
-   Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
-   Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
-   Continuously refine sales scripts, frameworks, and closing strategies

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales / closing roles
-   Proven track record of closing deals
-   Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
-   Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales funnels
-   Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
-   Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-   Experience selling in SaaS, coaching, consulting, or agency services is highly preferred
