We are looking for confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments. Experience selling services to eCommerce businesses is highly preferred. ### About the Company We provide fraud prevention and shipping protection solutions for Shopify and BigCommerce merchants, helping eCommerce businesses reduce losses and improve customer confidence. ### Responsibilities - Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to eCommerce businesses and merchants - Introduce and explain company services professionally - Qualify prospects and identify business needs - Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team - Follow up with leads and maintain communication pipelines - Update CRM systems with accurate notes and activity - Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets ## Requirements ### Requirements - Previous B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience is required - Experience selling services to eCommerce companies is a strong advantage - Excellent English communication skills - Confident and professional phone presence - Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and stay motivated - Experience using CRM systems - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment ### Schedule - 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST - Full-time position ### Candidate Preference - Open to all candidates regardless of gender - We are looking for the best skills, attitude, and experience If you are driven, confident on calls, and experienced in B2B outreach, we’d love to hear from you.
