As a member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in supporting Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive user experiences.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service and support to Italian-speaking subscribers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Address questions related to subscriptions, billing, technical issues, and content availability.
-   Guide customers through troubleshooting streaming problems and account management.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document solutions in CRM platforms.
-   Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
-   Stay updated on new content releases, features, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Italian speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the online streaming or entertainment industry.
-   Good command of English is advantageous.
-   Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle technical inquiries effectively.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or on-site environment in Greece.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts as per scheduling needs.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance provided by the company.
-   Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
