## Description

**Work Setup:** Onsite/Hybrid

**Work Schedule:** Shifting/Night Shift

**Work Location:** Bridgetowne, QC

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelors Degree
-   2 to 3 years in current job level, more than 5 years if AM post for promotion
-   Experience with either: Operations Excellence, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement
-   If with Lean Six Sigma Belt, it’s an advantage

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
-   Analyze operational performance and identify optimization opportunities
-   Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights for stakeholders
-   Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning
-   Partner with Operations, Quality, Training, and Support Functions to improve business outcomes
-   Monitor project benefits realization and sustainment
