## Description

**Machine Operator – $18.50/Hour | 3rd Shift**

**Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Workweek**

We Staff Better is hiring dependable, motivated **Machine Operators** for a full-time manufacturing opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent **4-day workweek**, competitive pay, and the chance to learn a skilled manufacturing position. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but **not required**. Training is provided for the right candidate.

**Pay: $18.50/hour**  
**Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM**

### Training Schedule

New hires will train on **1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM**, for approximately **4–6 weeks**. Training will cover equipment operation, production processes, quality expectations, and workplace safety.

**Applicants must be available to work the full training schedule before transitioning to the regular 3rd shift schedule.**

### Responsibilities

-   Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
-   Load and unload materials
-   Follow production and safety procedures
-   Make basic machine adjustments as needed
-   Inspect finished products for quality
-   Maintain accurate and consistent production
-   Keep the work area clean and organized
-   Work with team members to meet daily production goals

### Qualifications

-   Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
-   Dependable attendance and punctuality
-   Willingness to learn and take direction
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Ability to follow safety and production procedures
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
-   Ability to successfully complete the required 1st shift training schedule
