### **CNC Machinist (Lathe) – Coupling Production**

**$24/HR | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)**  
**Wheatland, PA**

**Revere Staffing is looking for Coupling CNC Operators** to support a high-production manufacturing facility in Wheatland, PA. This is a hands-on CNC Lathe role focused on machining precision couplings used in industrial applications.

### **What You Bring**

-   3+ years of CNC Lathe experience (preferred)
-   Experience with setups, tooling changes, and offsets
-   Strong experience with precision measuring tools:

-   Calipers, micrometers, thread gauges

-   Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
-   Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability

### **Work Environment**

-   Industrial manufacturing facility
-   Exposure to machinery, noise, oils, and production materials
-   PPE required at all times

### **Physical Requirements**

-   Standing for extended periods
-   Lifting up to 45 lbs occasionally
-   Frequent use of hands, reaching, and bending

## Requirements

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision couplings
-   Perform machine setup and tear-down (tooling, inserts, offsets)
-   Make adjustments to maintain production and quality standards
-   Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges
-   Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
-   Modify or input pre-set CNC programs as needed
-   Perform routine machine maintenance
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-   Communicate issues with tooling, materials, or equipment
