## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package! This role allows you to work in the historic and dynamic city of Athens while contributing to a safe and positive online community. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with company policies and community standards for Spanish-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
-   Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies.
-   Identify and report any inappropriate or violating content to the relevant teams.
-   Offer feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and team performance.
-   Stay current with company policies and standards related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions.
-   Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is beneficial.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new environment.
-   Self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
