We are currently seeking a Specialist in Psychiatry to join a Government Hospital, where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychiatric services to a diverse patient population.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing various mental health disorders, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of mental health programs tailored to community needs. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients referred to the hospital
-   Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety, and substance abuse
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating medication, psychotherapy, and other interventions
-   Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
-   Participate in community mental health initiatives and educational programs
-   Maintain accurate and confidential medical records according to hospital and legal standards
-   Stay abreast of current developments in psychiatry and apply evidence-based practices

## Requirements

-   Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably within government healthcare
-   Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities
-   Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
-   Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-   Ability to work under the policies and protocols of a government healthcare institution
-   Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice
