## Description

استقبال المواد والتحقق من جودتها وكميتها.

تخزين المواد وتسميتها بشكل صحيح.

تجهيز وتوزيع المواد حسب الطلب والإنتاج.

تحديث سجلات المخزون بنظام WMS وERP.

التنسيق مع المبيعات والمالية.

-   Receive incoming materials and verify quality, quantity, and condition based on purchase order and delivery note.
-   Store materials in designated locations with proper label and care to ensure easy retrieval and safety.
-   Prepare and issue materials as per internal requests and production schedules.
-   Update inventory records accurately using the warehouse systems (WMS & ERP).
-   Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to the warehouse management.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area according to safety and operational standards.
-   Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
-   Follow and enforce safety protocols during handling, storage, and movement of materials.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing.
-   Basic to intermediate English communication skills (reading and writing).
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-   Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
-   Strong leadership skills and experience in dealing with warehouse workers.
-   Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-   Good organizational, accuracy, and time management skills.
