## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.  
\- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and develop strategies to address them.  
\- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.  
\- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.  
\- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.  
\- Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.  
\- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.  
\- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.  
\- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.  
\- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
