**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Developer** with strong experience in **TAMM / Abu Dhabi Government digital services** to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have solid full-stack development experience and hands-on exposure to delivering, migrating, integrating, and supporting digital government services through the **TAMM platform**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain web-based applications and digital services.
-   Work on **TAMM-related projects and Abu Dhabi Government digital services**.
-   Support the migration and integration of government services into the TAMM platform.
-   Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
-   Work closely with government entities, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams.
-   Develop and integrate **REST APIs and web services**.
-   Design and develop reusable and scalable components.
-   Participate in application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
-   Participate in code reviews and ensure development best practices and quality standards.
-   Work with **BPMN/workflow-based solutions** where required.
-   Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolution of production challenges.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
-   Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders regarding requirements, changes, technical challenges, and solutions.

## Requirements

### Technical Requirements

-   **5+ years of overall IT / software development experience**.
-   Strong experience as a **Full Stack / Web / Software Developer**.
-   Proven experience with **TAMM / Abu Dhabi Government digital platforms**.
-   Experience working with **Abu Dhabi Government entities** is highly preferred.
-   Strong experience with **REST APIs / Web Services and third-party API integrations**.
-   Experience with databases such as **MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar**.
-   Experience with **cloud platforms**, preferably AWS.
-   Experience with **JIRA** and Agile development environments.
-   Understanding of application architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
