### About the Role

We're not actively hiring right now, but we're always in conversation with engineers who can genuinely move the needle at November Five. If that's you, we want to talk.

We're actively evolving towards smaller teams. Teams that don't care about roles in the strict sense. Engineers who do what's needed to make a project successful, who thrive in high-stakes, AI-led delivery, and who challenge the status quo rather than defending it.

This isn't about growing headcount. It's about finding people who tangibly shift what we ship, how we ship it, and how the people around them work.

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of measurable impact on products and teams
-   Strong command of at least React, React Native, native Apple (Swift), or native Android (Kotlin)
-   Active, daily use of AI tooling in your engineering workflow, with a clear point of view on where it's heading
-   Agency or consulting experience, you understand client delivery, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive candid feedback
-   Comfortable working hybrid in Antwerp, 2-3 days per week on-site, non-negotiable
-   EU work authorization, we do not offer visa sponsorship or relocation support

### Our technical environment

We work across React, React Native, and native Apple (Swift) and Android (Kotlin). Depth in one stack and credibility across others matter more to us than strict specialization. We value engineers who pick the right tool for the problem, not the tool they've always used.

AI is central to where we're going. We're not looking for engineers who are curious about AI. We're looking for engineers who already build with it.
