### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers through various channels.
-   Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
-   Assist customers with navigating the online marketplace platform and resolving any issues.
-   Maintain accurate records of interactions to contribute to continuous improvement.
-   Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products, policies, and emerging trends.

## Requirements

-   A native level of fluency in German and a B2 level of English (both spoken and written) is essential.
-   Strong passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is provided.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Previous customer care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
-   Problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
