## Description

We are looking for a highly experienced BI Platform Lead with strong expertise in Qlik Sense for a senior consulting assignment in Solna.

The role combines technical BI expertise, delivery leadership, business understanding, and team coordination. You will take overall responsibility for planning, delivery, and continuous development of a BI platform, while supporting both the technical team and product leadership.

You will work at the intersection of IT and business, coordinating development activities, capacity planning, ways of working, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Please note: Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement for this role.

-   Take overall responsibility for planning and delivery of the BI platform
-   Lead and coordinate development teams working with Qlik Sense
-   Drive continuous development and improvement of the BI platform
-   Manage capacity planning, priorities, risks, and dependencies
-   Coordinate closely with architects, business stakeholders, product leadership, and technical teams
-   Translate business needs into technical initiatives and solutions
-   Lead and improve agile ways of working
-   Support backlog refinement and delivery planning
-   Monitor progress and provide clear reporting to relevant stakeholders
-   Ensure effective collaboration between IT and business functions

## Requirements

-   At least 5 years of experience developing and/or having technical responsibility for solutions based on Qlik Sense
-   At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Assignment Lead for complex IT solutions
-   Proven experience leading development teams and collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, and other key stakeholders
-   At least 5 years of experience in business development, business needs analysis, and business analysis
-   At least 3 years of documented experience working at the intersection of IT and business
-   Strong ability to independently lead complex assignments and larger teams
-   Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written – mandatory

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with data modelling in Data Warehouse environments, including **Data Vault** and dimensional modelling
-   Experience with multiple data platforms and tools such as **Informatica, Oracle, Qlik Sense, and Cloudera**
-   Experience leading and developing agile teams using **Scrum**
-   Experience with **Jira, Confluence, and backlog refinement**
-   Previous operational leadership experience with personnel and/or result responsibility
