Line Cook — Vicious Biscuit

What You Need

-   1–2+ years of line cook experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-casual, or breakfast kitchen
-   Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety standards
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
-   Available to work weekends
-   Eligible to work in the U.S.
-   Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)

The Role

As a Line Cook, you'll own a station — sauté, fry, or biscuit build — and keep tickets moving with speed, consistency, and quality. You'll:

-   Cook and plate to recipe and presentation standards, with accurate portioning
-   Work your station at pace during high-volume rushes
-   Monitor food temps and operate cooking equipment safely
-   Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized; properly store and label product
-   Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
-   Communicate with the front-of-house team and support teammates to keep service flowing
