## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team, with the option to work in Greece and benefit from paid relocation. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed with professionalism and care.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Handle customer inquiries and provide support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Offer detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in resolving issues efficiently.
-   Manage and document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as required.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
-   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Proven experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a remote or multinational environment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
-   Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
-   Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote or office setting.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance.
-   A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a collaborative team mindset.
