Are you passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential? Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a **Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** to join our growing pediatric team serving the Jacksonville Beaches area.

-   Outpatient pediatric clinics

-   Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers

No matter the setting, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

**Your Role:**

-   Evaluate and treat pediatric patients within your scope of practice.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
-   Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
-   Educate families on home programs and strategies to support progress.
-   Complete timely documentation using company-supported technology.

## Requirements

**Physical Therapist (PT)**

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
-   Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
-   CPR certification.

**Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)**

-   Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
-   Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility.
-   CPR certification.
