## Description

**About the Role** 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Office Support Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-organized workplace for our on-site team. The Office Support Coordinator will be responsible for office tidiness and organization, pantry and supplies management, as well as vendor communication support and general administrative support.

Part-time (24 - 32 hours/week)

**Responsibilities** 

**Office Cleanliness & Facility Support** 

-   Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and organized throughout the week 

-   Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces, including pantry/kitchen area, meeting rooms, reception, and break areas 

-   Coordinate with external cleaning vendors if applicable (e.g., track issues, report needs) 

-   Monitor and report facility issues (e.g., broken equipment, maintenance needs) 

**Pantry / Food & Beverage Management** 

-   Coordinate catering facilities 

-   Ensure office pantry items are always replenished in time (food, drinks, snacks, coffee/tea, etc.) 

-   Track inventory levels and forecast replenishment needs based on team usage 

-   Place orders regularly with suppliers and manage deliveries 

-   Keep pantry storage clean and well-organized (stock rotation, expired items removal) 

-   Maintain coffee machines, water dispensers, refrigerators, and pantry equipment (basic daily care) 

**Office Supplies & General Admin Support** 

-   Maintain office supplies inventory (stationery, printing supplies, household supplies, etc.) 

-   Support with internal office events 

-   Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by HR/Operations

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in office administration, office support, or facility/pantry management (preferred) 

-   Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable with physical tasks (carrying supplies, organizing stock, etc.) 

-   Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards 

-   Good time management and ability to work independently 

-   Friendly and service-minded attitude with a team-first mindset 

-   Good English communication skills (spoken/written) 

-   Basic computer skills 

-   Able to work on-site consistently
-   Eligible to work in the Netherlands with a legal residence permit - we do not provide work permit for this role
