**Experience:** 2 years of experience in last 5 years

**License:** Active and Unencumbered Missouri RN or compact license

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, PALS

**Charting Experience:** Epic - 1 year experience required

## Requirements

-   Must have 2 years of Med Surg experience within the last 5 years
-   Must have 2 years of pediatric experience
-   Must have 1 year of Epic experience
-   Active and unencumbered Missouri RN or compact license
-   Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
-   Active ALCS Certification
-   Active PALS Certification
-   Negative TB within last 12 months
-   Hep B Series or Titer
-   MMR Series or Titer
-   Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
-   Varicella Series or Titer
