### Responsibilities

-   Collaborate closely with the CEO to prioritize and drive strategic initiatives across the company.
-   Manage and coordinate communication between executive leadership and various departments to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
-   Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
-   Analyze and synthesize business data to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
-   Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
-   Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance organizational performance.
-   Support the CEO in managing external partnerships, investor relations, and key stakeholder engagements.
-   Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the leadership team.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
-   Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic role, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
-   Proven track record of managing complex projects and executing strategic initiatives at a senior level.
-   Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
-   Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive business decisions.
-   Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience working in fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environments.
-   Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity.
-   Passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovation with a keen understanding of industry trends.

-   Competitive base salary, $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience
