The Jennifer Haring Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas.

This position supports both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance clients and plays a key role in customer retention, policy servicing, renewals, account management, and agency operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, enjoys helping clients, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

This is not an entry-level customer service position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, can manage multiple priorities, and is willing to support both personal and commercial insurance operations.

• Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and customer service requests

• Assist clients with billing questions, coverage reviews, certificates, and policy documents

• Process and track renewals according to agency timelines

• Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation

• Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts

• Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities

• Assist with retention efforts and client relationship management

• Work with multiple carrier systems and agency management software

• Collaborate with agency leadership to improve workflows and customer experience

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

## Requirements

**• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED**

**• Fluent in both English and Spanish REQUIRED**

**• Minimum 2 years insurance agency experience REQUIRED**

**•Experience servicing Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts, including endorsements, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and customer service requests REQUIRED.**

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts

• Willingness to support both Personal and Commercial Lines clients
